How is this 2nd best of all time? It's really good animation but like i don't understand how newgrounds rank these things.

Someone recently added me saying that the animation alone makes it deserve this. Well Perhaps but I feel like the greatest of all time has some really great story's that are mostly original. Though this is a very great cartoon, it's nothing like the classics, and it might never be remembered as a classic, with characters we remember and love.
